2. Voluntary and Donation Terms
All donations made to GEM Foundation are non-refundable. Funds are directly allocated to our ongoing education, health, and recycling programs in South Mumbai blocks. In the event of project completion, surplus funds will be reallocated to other urgent areas under the direction of the Board of Trustees.
3. Volunteer Conduct
Volunteers collaborating with GEM Foundation agree to adhere to our code of conduct, which emphasizes respect, child protection, transparency, and integrity during field assignments in Madanpura, Naggada, and other local neighborhoods.
4. Intellectual Property
The materials contained in this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logo branding, and digital course resources, are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction of these assets is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GEM Foundation or its partners be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the site, even if GEM Foundation has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
